With hundreds of cookbooks and magazines, the vast resources of the internet, and my talented and fabulous fellow personal chefs, there is no shortage of fabulous meals I can create for you, although I confess, I make up a lot of good ones on the fly based on what looks at good at the market.

Here are a few highlights from the current Spring/Summer Menu:

Italian Panko Salmon with Mushroom Relish - crispy panko herb coating over fresh salmon served with a fresh basil, lemon and caper mushroom relish

Pork Tenderloin with Truffled White Bean Puree- It's amazing how a little drizzle of truffle oil can transform pork and beans into decadent  fare.

Grilled Five-Spice Chicken Thighs with Soy-Vinegar Sauce- a deeply flavorful rub featuring Chinese Five Spice makes these aromatic & delicious

Chicken Saute with Asparagus, Grape Tomatoes & Lemon Pan Sauce - one of my seasonal favorites. Boneless breasts with light, springy kiss of lemon. (Gluten-Free)

Lemon Chicken Scaloppini with Pine Nut Parmesan Crust tender chicken cutlets coated with Japanese Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, pine nuts and basil (Personal and Client Favorite)
